Placing an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Tinctora.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders involving pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from Tinctora, you agree to the applicable return, refund, and product eligibility requirements described there.

Subscriptions (Auto-Refill & Save)
Tinctora offers a subscription option called Auto-Refill & Save on select products. By choosing a subscription plan at checkout, you authorize Tinctora to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Subscription intervals vary by plan (for example, approximately every 2 months for a single bottle, every 4 months for a 2-bottle plan, and every 6 months for a 3-bottle plan) and are shown to you, along with the applicable price, before you complete your purchase. You may adjust your subscription frequency at any time through your online account.

Before each upcoming subscription order is processed, we will send you an email reminder so you have the opportunity to review, adjust, skip, pause, or cancel that order before it ships and before your payment method is charged.

You may skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, change your plan or frequency, or cancel your subscription entirely at any time through your online account. Cancellation is available online and does not require contacting customer service, calling, or any additional step beyond what was required to subscribe. Once canceled, no further orders will be processed and no further charges will be made, though canceling does not refund shipments or charges that already occurred.

If we intend to increase the price of your subscription, we will provide advance notice before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel before that price applies.

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again and may contact you to update your payment information. Repeated failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or canceled.

The 60-Day Full Coverage Guarantee described in our Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible subscription orders on the same terms as one-time orders.

You agree to use the Tinctora website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

You may view and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content without prior written permission.

By submitting content, you grant Tinctora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Tinctora does not guarantee that products will produce a particular color, coverage level, or other specific result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tinctora will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
