Tinctora currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders typically arrive within 4–9 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Available shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is included with multi-bottle plans and Subscribe & Save orders. Shipping for single-bottle, non-subscription orders is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking information within 2 business days, contact us at help@tinctoralabs.com.

Address Changes

Please check your address before placing your order. Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
